Kennedy's quote

"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." -President John F. Kennedy

This quote was used to get people to join the army.It was also used to get people to do anything to help with the cold war.So this quote was also used to explain shortages. For example if they limit the amount of water you can use you would say it's for my country. They put a limit on anything. They would always go back to Kennedy's quote.Sure maybe I don't completely agree with this quote.
